How do I start my first upload?
Upload product photos, review the detected groups, and open the listing draft. From there you can edit title, item specifics, condition, and description.

Can I create eBay listings from photos with Insero?
Yes. Upload product photos, Insero detects visible details, and prepares title, description, condition, what's included, and item specifics for a reviewable eBay listing.
What happens to my photos?
Photos are sent temporarily to your LLM provider for analysis and to eBay Picture Services for listing upload. We do not store them permanently on our servers. EXIF data stays on the client side.
What if AI groups a product incorrectly?
On the review screen you can adjust groups with drag and drop, split, merge, or reassign individual photos. You stay in control.
What should I do if photos are missing?
First check file size, format, and upload status. If individual images were not imported, restart the upload or add photos to the group manually.

Insero automates preparation of your eBay listings but does not publish blindly. Every listing stays editable in the cockpit before going live and only publishes after your approval.
Can I edit listings before publishing?
Yes. After analysis, every listing lands on the review board. Title, price, condition, item specifics, and description are freely editable. Publishing happens only after your approval.
Which listing fields does Insero prepare?
Insero prepares title, description, condition, what's included, category, item specifics, and a price suggestion. You review everything in the cockpit before anything goes to eBay.
Can I review multiple listings in a row?
Yes. Higher plans are built for recurring listing work. You review drafts in batches, fix details, and publish only after approval.

OAuth, existing account, business policies, and password.
Does this work with my existing eBay account?
Yes. You connect your seller account through OAuth, the official eBay standard. Insero uses your real business policies for shipping, payment, and returns.
Does Insero see my eBay password?
No. Insero connects your eBay account through the official OAuth flow. You authorize access at eBay; your eBay password is never entered in Insero.
Can I remove eBay access again?
Yes. You can revoke the connection in your eBay account. After that, Insero cannot run new listing actions through that access.
Which eBay settings does Insero use?
Insero works with the business policies on your eBay account. Shipping, payment, and returns are not invented freely; they come from your existing settings.

Yes. Insero uses AI for photo analysis and listing preparation, but combines it with a review workflow. AI delivers the draft; the seller decides the final content.
Does Insero learn from my edits?
Yes. After published listings, Insero remembers how you adjust titles, descriptions, condition, notes, and formatting. That Seller Memory is applied automatically to new eBay drafts for your account.
How many listings does personal AI style need?
Signals are stored after the first published listing. After about three similar edits, the style becomes noticeably stronger; fixed notes are adopted more cautiously after more repetition.
Do other sellers learn from my data?
No. Personal style rules are bound to your account. Other users do not automatically receive your seller style, notes, or eBay data.
Do I need my own AI account?
Not to get started. Insero ships with a sensible default configuration. If you later want your own keys or other models, you can configure that separately.
Are tokens or payment data used for AI training?
No. Learning and training exports are sanitized. OAuth tokens, API keys, payment data, private buyer data, addresses, and phone numbers do not belong in training data.

Are my payment details stored in Insero?
No. Paid plans run through Stripe Checkout. Insero stores plan, status, and Stripe references, but not full credit card numbers.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can start on the free tier and upgrade to Starter, Pro, or Studio when your listing volume grows.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Paid plans are monthly subscriptions. After cancellation, existing account and required data are kept only as long as technically or legally necessary.

Is the software GDPR compliant?
Yes. Insero works with technically necessary data, session protection, rate limits, and sanitized learning exports. Deletion and access requests are available on request where legal obligations do not prevent them.
How does Insero protect OAuth tokens?
OAuth tokens are not used for AI training and do not belong in export or analysis data. They exist only to run the authorized eBay workflow.
Where does Insero run?
Insero is built as a web app for EU-oriented sellers. Security details such as hosting, session protection, and data deletion are documented in the product context.
Can I request data deletion?
Yes. You can request access and deletion. Legal retention obligations may affect some data longer, but operational drafts and learning signals can be cleaned up.

What happens if an upload is interrupted?
