Insero is an AI-powered eBay listing tool for sellers. That's why eBay access, payments, product images, and learning data are clearly separated. Your listing goes live only after your approval.
Insero does not ask for your eBay password.
The eBay connection runs through OAuth. You authorize Insero on the eBay site. eBay then provides a token for allowed functions, such as account identification, business policies, and publication after approval.
You don't enter your eBay login credentials in Insero and can revoke the third-party connection in your eBay account.

Why product images are handled sensitively.
Product images show real goods. Insero uses them to prepare brand, model, condition, included items, and visible defects for eBay. For go-live, images are transferred to eBay Picture Services.

Security FAQ
Does Insero see my eBay password?
No. Insero connects eBay through the official OAuth process. You enter your eBay login credentials on eBay, not in Insero.
Does Insero store credit card numbers?
No. Paid plans run through Stripe. Insero stores plan, status, and reference data, but not full credit card numbers.
What happens to product images?
Product images are processed for AI analysis, image grouping, and eBay image upload. They are not used for ad tracking.
Are tokens or payment data exported for training?
No. Training and learning data are sanitized. OAuth tokens, API keys, payment data, and private buyer data do not belong in training data.
Is my personal AI style visible to other users?
No. Seller Memory rules are stored per account and used only for new drafts of the same seller.
